Jim is a dedicated, understanding, and patient realtor with an impeccably honest and due diligent service. These are but a few qualities and virtues Jim applied in helping me find my home. When I began searching, every house I asked Jim to take me through, he educated me on both the positive and negative aspects of each, never withholding valuable information. He was very responsive to my needs in finding a house with the type of quality and workmanship I expect in a home. He said to me: "Paul, there is a home I will be placing on the market soon. I think it's the one you're looking for. I can ask the owner if he'd like to show it now." We saw it right away and he was right. I knew it was to be mine the moment I stepped through the front door. I said to Jim immediately after the showing: "This is my house! I have to have it! I am buying this home!" I made the offer the next day. I told Jim that I would be out of town for a week, within a couple of days, and I was hoping to get the deal done before I left for Philadelphia. The day before I left for Philadelphia, he called and said, "Paul, what time are you available tonight to finish the deal?" "Jim, I won't be in town 'til 10:30 pm or so, so can we meet late, around 11:30 pm, at your office?" Jim said: "No problem Paul, see you tonight!" The deal was completed.
